Fillet of Atlantic hake, radish, pea & cherry  tomato salad,

saffron cous cous

 

Slow cooked Jimmy Butler’s free range pork collar, pickled red cabbage, sautéed potatoes

 

 

Desserts

Rhubarb & Alphonso mango crumble, honey & ginger ice cream

 

Organic Cotswold brie, grapes, wheat wafers
