Senior Chef de Partie

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic & hard working individual with a desire to learn at Two AA Rosette level within our professional kitchen.  Working within a brigade of four talented chefs under Head Chef Simon Malin, you must have a great work ethic and you must be totally passionate about food and great produce.  You will already have several years experience at Chef de partie level looking to go to the next level.

Assistant Manager

Join the Good Food Guide's Restaurant of the Year 2013's front of house team at The Bluebell.  We are looking for a dedicated and focussed individual who is passionate about hospitality.  You will have the drive and enthusiasm to make our guests' dining experience one to remember for all the right reasons.  You will have several years experience already and have a general knowledge of the hospitality industry with a strong desire to learn.

You will prove yourself to be a reliable individual with sound customer service and leadership skills.
